This picture book contains very precious Taiwanese culture. The author starts from the life experience of young children, allowing us to enjoy an absolute happiness during the reading process. Little Bao, like us, likes to accompany her mother to buy groceries. Every time, she would say to her: "Mom, buy mung beans."
Whether it is a traditional market or a modern hypermarket, most children follow their mothers when shopping, and they are always excited because there are so many novelties. The most important thing is that when their mother asks: "What do you want to do today?" What do you want to eat?” or “Is there anything you particularly want to eat today? Want to buy?” This simple but very happy taste can make children happy all day long.
As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Xinyi Children's Literature Award, we especially want to pass on this happiness to everyone and every child. We have re-planned and launched a commemorative edition. In addition to letting everyone taste the happiness of a simple small gathering between parents and children, We also invited Zhang Xingru, CEO of Xinyi Foundation, and Liang Luzhu, CEO of Chengxi Cultural and Educational Foundation, to write articles, allowing everyone to regain the sweetness of this little mung bean through their articles.

這本圖畫書，具有相當珍貴的台灣文化，作者從幼兒的生活經驗出發，讓我們在閱讀過程中，享受一種絕對的幸福。小阿寶跟我們一樣，都喜歡陪媽媽去買菜，每一次都會跟媽媽說：「媽媽，買綠豆」。
不管是以的傳統市場，還是現代的大賣場，大部分的孩子跟著媽媽逛，心情總是興奮不已，因為有太多太多的新奇了；最重要的是，當媽媽問：「你今天想吃什麼？」或「今天，有沒有特別想吃的？想買的？」這種簡單卻很幸福的滋味，可以讓孩子快樂一整天。
欣逢信誼幼兒文學獎20週年慶，我們特別想把這種幸福，傳給每一個人、每一個孩子，重新企劃推出紀念版，除了讓大家品嚐親子之間簡單小聚會裡的幸福外，更邀請到信誼基金會張杏如執行長、呈熙文教基金會梁旅珠執行長等撰文，讓大家透過她們的文章，重拾這一顆小綠豆的甜蜜。
